Before our first session, you’ll fill out a comprehensive intake form to let me know your goals and history. This will help me to best prepare for initial session.
Pick the available date & time that works best for you. I take clients for sessions via Skype or phone – whichever you prefer.
Now the work begins. We’ll work together in our initial session and beyond to heal your relationship with food.
I know that not everyone has a predictable schedule or – let’s face it – time for another appointment. So, I’m creating a go-at-your-own-pace program where you will learn the basics of nutrition and explore your feelings and experiences around food with tools and concepts I use in my private sessions.
