I’m willing to bet there are areas of your life that seem to be completely out of balance. You’ve probably tried different programs and methods that promise to give you all the answers to losing weight and eating healthy, but as soon as those 30 or 60 days are up, you’re back to your old ways. If you’re anything like me, you probably don’t even finish the program. Through experiences just like this, I’ve discovered that there is no magic bullet for the perfect life. And while those programs certainly work for some people, we are all so incredibly different. Not everyone has the same definition of a well-balanced life.
